Live sales provide a thrilling and engaging shopping experience, closely mimicking an in-person shopping experience. During these sessions, we showcase a vast array of crystals via live video, and you, along with several other viewers, can claim these items immediately.

To ensure fair and efficient sales, we have established a set of guidelines and policies that we urge you to read and familiarize yourself with. These rules are designed to guarantee that the sales run smoothly and that everyone is treated fairly. Live sales present an opportunity not only to shop but also to learn, converse, and make new friends!

General Rules:

1. Each item comes with a price tag and a letter. To claim an item, you must type "price AND letter." We also accept phrases such as "Mine," "Claim," "Me," "Dibs," etc., as long as you include the price and letter. Additionally, using emojis is advisable since comments can sometimes get filtered.

2. The first person to claim an item, as shown on our screen, will receive it. It is important to note that your comments might appear first on your screen due to varying internet connection speeds.

3. If you claim an item, you are expected to follow through with the purchase. Excessive put-backs or swaps will result in limiting your ability to participate, and may result in you being blocked. Once a live session has ended, items cannot be put back, swapped, or canceled. Failing to communicate when an invoice is due or backing out of orders will likely lead to a ban from our live sales.

4. Invoices are posted on our website after each sale, and payment is due within 24 hours.

5. Before completing the checkout process, you can add any items from our website to your cart simultaneously. They will be shipped together.

6. If you encounter any issues with your invoice, please send us a message so that we can resolve it before you check out.

Shipping Policies:

To offer the best possible shipping rates for your order, we charge shipping based on the weight of your order. We have found that flat rate options often overcharge significantly. When live sale listings are created, we weigh your order and calculate shipping at checkout based on weight and location.

We ship via USPS First Class (for orders under 1 lb), USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Standard.

Transit Times:

USPS First Class: 5-7 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days, including Saturdays

UPS Standard: 3-5 business days

Refund Policy:

At Crystal Dream Shop, each of our crystals is a natural wonder, imbued with its own unique charm and character. Crystals are unique and natural items crafted by Mother Nature herself, and as such, they will vary in color, size, shape, and weight. These natural gemstones possess their own special beauty and character, often exhibiting slight imperfections that only add to their allure.

We take great pride in selecting and showcasing these distinctive pieces for our customers. Due to the individuality of each crystal and the inherent variations in their natural formations, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Our dedicated team meticulously packages every product with utmost care and attention. However, in the rare instance that an item sustains damage during transit, we are here to assist you promptly and efficiently.

For damaged items, kindly reach out to us at crystaldreamshop1@gmail.com, attaching a clear picture of the damaged item and using "Damaged Item" as the subject line. We will respond swiftly to address your concern and provide a resolution.

Address Error and Reshipment Policy:

In the event that a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, leading to the return of their package, we have established the following protocols:

Reshipment with Shipping Cost Responsibility: Should the customer opt for the item to be resent to the correct address, they will assume responsibility for covering the associated shipping costs. Upon confirmation of the preferred shipping method, the exact shipping cost will be communicated. Once payment for the shipping cost is received, we will promptly dispatch the package.

Partial Refund minus Shipping Fees: Alternatively, if the customer elects not to have the item reshipped, we offer a partial refund. The refund amount will be initiated, deducting the shipping fees associated with the initial order. Please be aware that shipping fees may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.

To ensure smooth delivery, kindly verify that the shipping address provided during order placement is accurate and up to date.
